Xerofy is an AI-powered software platform that assists users in extracting transaction data from bank statement PDFs and converting that information into structured CSV exports and related formats.

Xerofy is designed to support bookkeeping, accounting, financial operations, and related business workflows.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• Uploading the documents does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• The information provided is lawful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. AI Processing and Accuracy

Xerofy uses automated technologies including artificial intelligence and OCR to extract and structure information.

While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

• Every transaction will be extracted correctly.
• Every document format will be supported.
• Outputs will be free from errors or omissions.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all exported data before relying on it for accounting, tax, compliance, financial, or business purposes.

Xerofy is a workflow automation tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

6. Credits, Billing, and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require the purchase of credits, subscriptions, or other paid plans.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are charged in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Credits may expire if specified in your plan.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Xerofy during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Xerofy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Uploaded documents or data.

• We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
